These are lunges with a twist! No one likes boring old lunges, try this variation to target the glute medius on the side of the bum. This exercise is good to help loosen tight hips, and build strong shapely bum muscles!
Pro Tip: move from your hip bones-place fingertips on hip bones and think of rolling one hip away from your front knee. The front knee should stay really still!
