Try this exercise to work both internal and external rotators in the shoulders. The rotator cuff muscles often get left out when we try work arms and shoulders, but they really are a crucial piece of the puzzle when you're trying to tone up through the upper body. When these muscles work properly they help to pull your shoulders back, and will make your shoulders look strong and sexy! Try 8-10 reps on each arm, and feel for the back of the shoulder more than the front.
Pro Tip: think of reaching your opposite hand into you back pocket, and feeling for the arm bone roll in, as you reach out feel arm bone, and shoulder roll back.
