How do you ensure a quality product?
Our products are carefully curated by our team of hopeful romantics. Along the way we’ve met many brides and bridesmaids to help us come up with the best products in our collection. Our extensive selection process means everything that arrives on your doorstep has been carefully edited for quality.
To ensure that dresses and skirts follow our quality standards, we have built in two levels of quality assurance into our manufacturing process before they reach your doorstep.
1. When should I order my bridesmaid dress?
We recommend shopping 6 months in advance to decide on your styles. A good tip is to order at least 4-6 months before the wedding. Processing takes about 60 days, and don’t forget to factor in shipping time. It’s always good to leave enough time to prepare for shoes, accessories, and minor adjustments.
2. What if I need my dresses before the standard turnaround time?
We offer an expedited Dress Express service at an additional cost if you need your dresses in before our standard turnaround time. Please contact us at email@example.com and our stylists will be happy assist you.
3. Can I order bridesmaids dresses at different times?
We recommend that all orders are placed at the same time to ensure they are from the same cut of cloth and dye. Remember to add the Bride's name in the notes at checkout so we can identify the whole bridal party! Our fabrics are cut from one dye lot at the time of order. To ensure colour consistencies, we recommend the entire bridal party to order at the same time.
4. How do I care for my dress?
Handle with care - For a seamless look, we designed all our dresses and skirts with hidden zippers; but like all good things, they need to be handled with care. Gently pull the zipper slowly and avoid pulling it forcefully.
Ready to wear - Store your dress in your closet by hanging it up or folding it. Steam your piece before wear and it will drape beautifully on you!
Cleaning - Oops, partied a little too hard? No worries, our dresses and skirts are machine washable! Place your dress in a mesh laundry bag and wash your dress on gentle/delicate cycle. Do not bleach.
If there are embellishments on your dress, it will need a little more TLC; take it to the dry cleaners or spot treat where needed.
5. Do you have swatches available?
We have chiffon swatches available to help you choose your perfect colours. Order your complimentary swatches here.
6. Is there a showroom to see the dresses in person?
In the Toronto area, you are more than welcome to book a style session here. We can also hold virtual consultations as well if it’s not possible to visit. For your style session, we recommend you bring the shoes you plan to wear for the day of, proper undergarments (strapless bra), and of course your best girls!
7. What materials do you use for your dresses?
All of our dresses are constructed from the quality synthetic chiffon, tulle, and lace. Chiffon swatches are available to order here
1. How do I know if I should order standard size or custom size?
We all have unique body shapes — which is one of the many reasons for our custom-fit solution. We want to make sure you find the right size for your body, whether that’s custom or standard. If you have had issues with standard sizes in the past — you’re the perfect candidate for a custom size. If you have trouble deciding between ordering a custom or standard size, please feel free to contact one of our stylists at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to walk you through the measuring process and help you decide on your best option.
2. What are your standard size measurements?

3. I have a junior bridesmaid that I would like to fit into one of your dresses. Is this possible?
We can definitely accommodate junior bridesmaid sizing! Send us a note when you decide to order. We highly recommend submitting custom measurements for your junior bridesmaid so we can make the proper adjustments to fit a girl’s body.
4. My upper bust and bust measurements are the same, is that normal?
Yes, totally normal for the bust and upper bust measurement to be the same.
5. What happens if my custom sized dress or skirt doesn’t fit?
We try our best to ensure that all custom sized dresses are to the exact measurements provided, however we understand that sometimes it may not fit exactly to your body shape. We cover an alteration credit of up to $45 for a custom sized dress or up to $20 for a custom sized skirt. Simply contact our stylists at email@example.com.
6. Can the dresses be let out?
If your dress could use some wiggle room, visit your favorite tailor to let out the sides. All of our dresses have an extra 2-3 inches of material to let out if need be.
Flower Girl Dresses
1. When should I order the flower girl dress?
We recommend purchasing flower girl dresses 2-3 months before the big day.
2. Can I order a separate sash to match my wedding colours?
Absolutely, chiffon and embellished sashes can be found here. Also, custom requests can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org (prices may vary)
3. Do you offer custom sizes for flower girls?
At this time all of our flower girl dresses are standard size.
4. How do I know what size to order?

Accessories and Decor
1. How do I take care of my jewelry?
Always remove all jewelry before entering water. Also, take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold. Our jewelry is made with real metals, and will tarnish over time.
2. How do I wash my robes?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Alternatively, you could place the robes in a garment bag and machine was h on gentle cycle and then hang to dry.
3. How do I wash my sticky bra/pasties?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Let the bra/ pastie air-dry before covering with the regenerate adhesive. If cared for properly, the silicon bras/pasties can be worn over 15 times. Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs.
Ordering, Shipping, and Tracking
1. What is your standard turnaround time?
For dresses and skirts - it takes 45-60 days to be made and shipped.
We offer an expedited Dress Express service at an additional cost if you need your dresses in before our standard turnaround time. Please contact us at email@example.com and our stylists will be happy assist you!
For accessories and decor - they will be shipped within 20 days.
For swatch orders - they will be shipped to you within a week.
We cannot guarantee shipment dates due to potential delays from postal services that are out of our control.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world!
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed it can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing. Please review all details before submitting your order.
4. How much is shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Standard shipping can take up to 10 business days after the package ships. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
5. Can I track the status of my order?
All Pastel Dress Party products are shipped directly from the our distribution centers around the world. Tracking information sent along with your shipping confirmation can be tracked once the package has reached the destination country. Please note that complimentary swatches are not trackable.
6. Can I change my shipping address?
Send us an email with the order number and new shipping address. Please note that once the order has been shipped that no changes can be made. Please review and confirm shipping information prior to placing your order.
7. Can you guarantee my order arrives by a certain time?
Our standard shipping takes about 10 days after it leaves the warehouse. If you need your merchandise before a certain day, please consider an expedited shipping method. We cannot guarantee shipment dates due to potential delays from postal services that are out of our control.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Standard orders: Unworn, unaltered standard-sized dresses and/or skirts can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your dress. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initialize return instructions. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored past 7 days.
We also offer exchanges on unworn standard-sized dresses, also within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note if you are exchanging a dress or skirt for another dress or skirt, the same lead time (45-60 days) to create a new dress or skirt applies to the exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress and/or skirt. We will send additional instructions for processing the credit. We are not responsible for covering extra (return) shipping costs.
**Please note all dresses and skirts that have been altered are no longer refundable**
Custom orders: We get it, sometimes a standard size simply doesn’t work for your body type. That’s why we have the option to order a custom sizing. Since we’re making the dress to fit you only, all custom orders are final sale and will not be eligible for refund. It’s important that you are double checking your measurements before submitting them to us.
Please understand these measurements are guidelines that we use to make your dress. After receiving your dress sometimes small adjustments need to be made for the perfect fit. We do offer the following:
- Up to $20 of alteration credit towards a custom sized skirt
- Up to $45 of alteration credit towards a custom sized dress
To initiate an alteration credit you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your dress.
All other merchandise: Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, there are no returns and/or exchanges on bras, pasties, or earrings. All merchandise eligible for return must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We will send additional instructions for processing the credit. We are not responsible for covering extra (return) shipping costs.
Sale merchandise: There are no returns and/or exchanges on all sale merchandise.
1. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter simply hit unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails.
2. Can I close my account?
Send us an email at email@example.com and we will have you deactivate your account.
3. I can’t sign into my account?
Make sure all of the information is being entered correctly. If you’ve made a request for password reset and you have not seen the email, please check your spam folder. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are still having trouble.
